Hydraulic Press Unit

A customer asked us if we could provide a load testing solution for compression testing their newly designed jack stand units.

We rigged up their jacks into our new 65 tonne hydraulic press and performed the tests.

Hydraulic Hose / Electrical Cable Spooler

This moveable spooler unit can cater for a wide variety of applications where spooling of materials such as hose, cable or rope for example can be easily wound and banded.


The spooler unit is supplied with four metal posts that can be positioned into locator holes on the table surface to allow for different spool diameters.


There are also four lockable castor wheels to secure the spooler in place while the process is in action.

HD Service Vice Unit

Features

Secured to the workshop floor, this unit will supply a clamping force by the way of a heavy leaf chain that is wrapped over the top of the work piece. When the chain latch is engaged, an air-over hydraulic pump supplies the power to clamp to the work piece securely within the vice.

Tool capacity: 3¾ to 12 in.

Torque capacity: 20,000 ft-lb

10,000 hydraulic psi supplied through either air driven or hand pump options.
