Job Description: Workshop Manager
(Hydraulic / Mechanical & Fabrication)
· Oversee daily workshop operations and workflows.
· Lead and mentor a technical team.
· Manage hydraulic, mechanical, and fabrication projects.
· Schedule maintenance, repairs, and production tasks.
· Enforce strict health and safety standards.
· Maintain strict quality control on outputs.
· Optimise workshop efficiency and resource use.
· Troubleshoot complex technical engineering issues.
· Manage workshop inventory and equipment maintenance.
Job Description: Mechanical Technician
· Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on varied oil and gas equipment.
· Execute precision fitting, assembly, and testing of machinery components.
· Conduct crucial on-site asset servicing at onshore and offshore client facilities.
· Travel internationally to support global field service deployment needs.
· Troubleshoot complex mechanical breakdowns under tight operational deadlines.
· Verify compliance with strict industry safety and quality standards.
· Interpret technical engineering drawings, manuals, and hydraulic schematics.
· Maintain valid, mandatory industry certifications for site deployment.
